Cinnamon Chips are such a fun treat with so many options!!  Serve them with fruit salsas, fruit dips, ice cream … the list goes on!  Frying them is always an option. But for a lower calorie option try baking them! 

CINNAMON CHIPS

  • ?Ingredients
  • 4 (7-inch) flour tortillas 
  • 1 tablespoon sugar 
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ?Instructions 
  • Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray tortillas with water or cooking spray. Combine sugar and cinnamon in shaker; sprinkle over tortillas.  Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges  Place in single layer baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until lightly browned
