Bread Machine Lovers Unite!!! I have been loving alllll the sourdough recipes in my feed lately!  However, I can’t seem to muster up the strength or time to do it all. So I busted out my bread machine and pushed some buttons and 2 hours and 45 min later I was slicing warm cinnamon bread!  Then spread on my cinnamon honey butter!! AMAZING!!!  Who are my bread machine fans!?! Raise your hand!!! ???? I have more of these recipes … hoping I have some other fans out there to share with!

Follow manufacturers instructions for adding bread ingredients

– 1 1/4 cups water
– 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
– 3 1/4 cups Gold Medal® Better for Bread™ flour
– 1/4 cup sugar
– 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
– 1 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 2 teaspoons regular active dry yeast or 1 3/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast or   quick-acting active dry yeast

Cinnamon Honey Butter
– 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
– 1/4 cup powdered sugar
– 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
– 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
– 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
– 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Bread: Assemble ingrédients according to your bread machine instructions for a large loaf.

Butter: Using a hand or stand mixer whip together all ingredients for 2-3 minutes. Store in fridge  for up to a month. Great on pancakes, cornbread, croissants, rolls etc!
