These oven roasted potatoes are so yummy! ? I peel mine and dice them bite sized. But you can leave the peel on and chop them larger. However, you want to roast them is perfect! Use your leftovers! The next morning sauté them up and use in breakfast burritos! You can’t go wrong with a new potato side dish!
Oven Roasted Potatoes with Lipton Soup
?Ingredients
- 2 pounds baking potatoes- cut to size
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 1/3 olive oi
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon onion powder (depending on taste)
- 14-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (depending on taste)
- Sprinkle of pepper

Preheat oven to 425.
Put all ingredients in 9×13 dish and stir until potatoes are well coated. Cook 30-35 min stirring occasionally.
