Chuck Roast (1.5-3 pounds)

2 jars Whole Pepperoncini Peppers

1-2 tsp granulated garlic or garlic powder

1-2 tsp pepper

Sub buns

Provolone or Pepper Jack Cheese
[/recipe-ingredients]
[recipe-directions]
Place roast in crockpot and poke holes all over roast. Add garlic and pepper. If roast is 3 pounds or over – use at-least 1 1/2 jars of peppers. You want the juice almost to top of roast. You can add a little water if needed.

Cook on low 8-10 hours. Pull out and shred and place meat back in juice while preparing buns. Toast buns on each side and top with cheese. Fill sandwiches with beef and peppers and juice on side to dip!
