So simple. You can make one or 10!  It’s that easy. This is such a fast and simple breakfast recipe. I always need breakfast ideas and this is one you will keep coming back to. It’s also a great recipe if you’re teaching kids to cook! They learn basics from this. And since it’s a budget friendly meal it’s a winner all the way around! You can’t go wrong!

1 slice of bread
1 egg
Topping for toast- butter, cinnamon/sugar, jelly..
1/2 Tablespoon butter
Cooking spray

Set a nonstick skillet to heat at about medium high. Once warmed spray with cooking spray and a little butter. Cut a hole in the bread. Add the holed bread to that butter and flip so it’s buttered on both sides. Add your egg to the hole. Add salt and pepper if desired. Add the circle medallion of bread to a little butter in skillet. Begin to toast. If adding cinnamon/sugar do it once it’s buttered on both sides. Flip egg and toast on other side. Once cooked to desired consistency pull off and add to plate. Serve with circle toast.
