This is recipe is great for those that don’t like a crunchy crust. Or maybe can’t have eggs and dairy. These cook up super fast and great for a quick small meal, snack or to top on salads. 1/2-1 pound boneless chicken breast cut into 1 1/2 in cubes
1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon granulated or powdered garlic
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Olive oil spray

In a large receivable bag, mixed flour and all seasonings together. Add cubed chicken and shake bag well until all chicken is coated. Preheat air fryer to 400°. Lay chicken in a single layer on air fryer trays or in air fryer basket. Spray with olive oil spray. Air fry at 400° for four minutes. Flip chicken over spray, with olive oil spray and bake for another 4 to 5 minutes until internal temperature is 165.
