3-6 slices delis sliced turkey super thin
2 slices bread of choice
fresh grated cheddar, Colby or pepper jack cheese
butter

In a skillet set to medium high lay out slices of turkey and warm on both sides. Butter bread and lay butter side down on skillet. Add turkey to first slice and pile on cheese. Top with second slice of bread and cover with a lid. Let cook for a few seconds checking for browning. Flip over and do the same. Keeping a lid on top helps melt the cheese quick while toasting the bread.
