I love a good Sweet and Sour Chicken! However, I don’t always want to have it thick coated and deep fried. I love this recipe because it still has the sweet/sour sauce with a better chicken coating. It’s an EASY recipe. Anyone can cook it! I love chicken recipes that are different!
