Have you ever had Chocolate Hay Stacks?! I have loved these since I was a young girl! I make these for so many holidays and occasions. At Easter they become birds nests with mini eggs. At Halloween I call them spider legs. And Christmas they are just Hay Stacks and go into all my goodie containers for friends.  Honestly, if you have never tried these… you must! They are a no bake, super fast treat!!!

– 1/2 cup peanut butter
– 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chip
– 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
– 2 cups(heaping) Chow Mein Noodles

Melt peanut butter and chips together in 20 second increments until melted and smooth.
Stir in Noodles until evenly coated. Drop by Tablespoons onto parchment lined pan. Place pan in freezer to set for about 15 minutes.

    I think you meant to melt in 15 second intervals, not 15 minutes?
