If you don’t like spice substitute a can of just diced tomatoes for the can of tomatoes with green chilies.
Also, I personally just use the juice and squeeze extra juice from the diced tomatoes can as my family doesn’t like to many tomatoes.

– 1 pound hamburger
– 1 small onion, chopped
– 1/2 teaspoon Salt
– 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
– 1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
– 1/2 teaspoon thyme
– 1/2 teaspoon oregano
– 1-2 bay leaves
– 3 cups Water
– 2 (14,5 oz) cans beef broth
– 2-3 potatoes, diced
– 2-3 carrots sliced
– 1 (14.5 oz) can green beans, drained
– 1 (15 oz) can of Whole Kernel Corn
– 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
– 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
– 1 (10oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies

Brown meat and onions. Drain fat from meat. While meat is draining, pour broth and water in pot and bring to boiling and add potatoes and carrots. Add meat and onions and bring back to boil, then add rest of ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or longer.
