Who likes steak kabobs? Next time you have a craving – look no further!  This is a family favorite and a must during grilling season! The flavors are so delicious and honestly the marinade comes together quickly!  I like to make my marinade in the morning and let it soak in all day. You can even do it over night if that’s easier! – 2/3 cup oil
– 1/2 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup brown sugar (honey may be substituted)
– 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
– 1 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 2-2 1/2 pounds beef top sirloin steak, cut into
1 1/4” chunks
– 1 medium onions, cut into wedges
– 1 medium sweet red pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
– 1 medium green pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients; add the steak. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
Drain and discard marinade. On metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread onions, peppers and steak. Preheat grill to 400. Grill, covered about 2-4 minutes on each side – to your doneness.
