Super chunky Cookies aka PMS Cookies

I affectionately called PMS Cookies at my house! They have 4 different kinds of chocolate and a little toffee. They are DELICIOUS! You can not eat just one and if you eat it warm with your beverage of choice you will forget your worries!

Super chunky Cookies

These are affectionately called PMS Cookies at my house! Loaded with 4 kinds of chocolate and toffee bits! This recipe make a lot and is great for a crowd.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter flavor shortening
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • â…› teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini semisweet chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 4 oz bittersweet chocolate bar chopped
  • ¾ cup toffee bits
  • ½ cup chopped pecans optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In mixer cream butter, shortening and sugars. Add eggs, one at time, beatirg well after each. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour, soda and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in remainirg ingredients. 
  • Bake 10-12 minutes. Just until done on edges 
  • *Using a medium cookie scoop this yields about 51 cookies!
