Easy Cowboy Candy
- Jarred Jalapeño slices
- 4-6 Tablespoons Sugar
- Juice from Jalapeño slices
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- In a wide mouth jar, add jalapeños about 1/3 way up. Pour on 2-3 T sugar. Add the rest of the slices. Add 2-3 more T sugar and good dash or two of the jarred juice, cinnamon sticks and ground cinnamon. Shake very well. Check consistency. It should have a thick layer of juice. Add more sugar if needed. Store in fridge, flipping throughout day so all peppers are coated and sugar is completely dissolved.
