I have a crockpot recipe that is HEALTHY, VERSATILE, and EASY!  You will love this verde chicken. Use it for tacos, burritos, enchiladas, rice bowls … what ever you can think of! You can add more jalapeños to make it spicier and double the recipe for a crowd. It can do what ever you want it too!

1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons granulated garlic

2 teaspoons cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 cup Salsa Verde (I use the roasted variety)

1 cup chicken broth

1 lime, juiced

1 jalapeño, sliced and seeded

Splash white cooking wine

Mix well in crockpot and cook on low 6 1/2 hours. When done shred in crockpot. Use for tacos, burritos, enchiladas etc.
