Have you ever bitten into a brownie so rich, fudgy, and irresistible that you couldnโ€™t stop dreaming about it? Thatโ€™s exactly what you get with these Killer Symphony Brownies! These decadent brownies are made with Hersheyโ€™s Symphony candy bars, which melt right into the batter to create layers of creamy chocolate goodness. I first discovered this recipe back in 2007, and from that moment on, it became one of my all-time favorite chocolate dessert recipes. I donโ€™t bake them oftenโ€”but when I do, itโ€™s only because I canโ€™t get them out of my mind. Once you try them, youโ€™ll understand why theyโ€™re completely unforgettable!

Ingredients

Killer Symphony Brownies Ingredients
Killer Symphony Brownies Ingredients
  • 2 boxes fudge brownie box mixes
  • ingredients for boxed brownies
  • chocolate chips
  • XL Symphony Bars with almonds and toffee

See recipe card for quantities.

Instructions

This recipe could not be simpler! Mix up your brownie mixes adding in the chocolate chips. In a greased 9x13 add half of the brownie batter. Add a layer of the all 3 Symphony bars. I personally like to break mine into large pieces and lay it out like a mosaic. Some like to lay the entire bar down. I just find the candy bars are more evenly distributed when broken. Then add the rest of the batter. BAKE! See?! Could not be easier!

Storage

These store for 3-4 days in an airtight container. If they last that long! If you don't have a 9x13 with a lid...it's a must in my kitchen! Try this one.

Tips

Cutting your brownies with a plastic knife actually helps them cut more uniformly. Give it a try!

I also like to cut smaller squares as these are rich. So they feed a crowd.
