1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chipotle pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt

[recipe-directions]
In blender combine all ingredients except steak and oil. Blend until smooth. Either cut meat to bite size pieces or leave whole to cut after cooking. Pour marinade over steak and let sit 15-30 minutes while preparing rice and sides for bowls. If using diced steak, heat cast iron or heavy skillet over high heat. Add olive oil and when hot add steak to form single layer. Let sit for about 30-45 seconds. Then flip and continue to cook until desired doneness. About 5 minutes. Serve in rice bowls, burritos or tacos.
