Baby Back Ribs that fall off the bone is a favorite dinner for sure! Especially here in the south! These ribs are cooked in the oven, but come out fork tender every time! They have a slight kick to the dry rub and then finished under the broiler for a crisp. It’s such an easy way to make ribs and sure to impress who ever you are feeding! You will love them!!

2 racks baby back pork ribs
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoons chili powder
1 1/2 Tablespoon granulated garlic
3/4 Tablespoon Paprika
3/4 Tablespoon smoked Paprika
1/2 Tablespoon Cajun Seasoning (Tony’s)
2 teaspoons pepper
Liquid smoke
Worcestershire
Bbq Sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pat ribs dry and remove silver skin. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Lay each rack in its own layer of heavy duty foil. Rub dry rub all over each rack evenly. Roll foil down tightly and place on foil lined baking sheets to catch any spills. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Lower temperature to 350 and bake for another 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Remove from foil or roll foil down and add a couple teaspoons of liquid smoke to each rack along with several shakes of Worcestershire sauce. Layer on some bbq sauce. Place back in oven under broiler and broil until desired crispiness.
