ALWAYS TENDER-NO FRILLS STYLE NUGGETS
These are the perfect nuggets for kids and adults! This a a basic recipe that is not overly seasoned. I love to add cajun seasoning to mine...but when I want them for a basic chicken mini sandwich for breakfast or to dip them in a yummy dip or if I am feeling children. This is the recipe I go to.
They are so tender and juicy....due to soaking them in buttermilk. I promise. It is a game changer!
The flour mixture yields a very light thin crust that everyone loves!
Give it a try and let me know how you like them!
