This is recipe is great for those that don’t like a crunchy crust. Or maybe can’t have eggs and dairy. These cook up super fast and great for a quick small meal, snack or to top on salads. They are full of flavor and you need to give them a try!!
Small Batch Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients
- ½-1 pound boneless chicken breast cut into 1 ½ in cubes
- ⅓ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- ¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon ground mustard
- ½ teaspoon granulated or powdered garlic
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- In a large receivable bag, mixed flour and all seasonings together. Add cubed chicken and shake bag well until all chicken is coated. Preheat air fryer to 400°. Lay chicken in a single layer on air fryer trays or in air fryer basket. Spray with olive oil spray. Air fry at 400° for four minutes. Flip chicken over spray, with olive oil spray and bake for another 4 to 5 minutes until internal temperature is 165.
