Instructions
Butter bread on outside. Place one slice butter side down in skillet set to medium high heat just before it’s warmed all the way up. In this order top with mozzarella, parmesan, tomatoes, salt and pepper, fresh herbs, balsamic reduction, parmesan, mozzarella. Then add second toast, butter side on top. Add a lid and let cook 1-2 minutes. When the bottom bread is golden then flip. And cook the same on the other side. Serve with extra balsamic reduction if desired.
