Salsa Verde
I use the roasted variety

chicken broth

lime
juiced

jalapeño
sliced and seeded
Splash white cooking wine
water or broth can be substitutes
Instructions
Mix well in crockpot and cook on low 6 ½ hours.
When done shred in crockpot.
Use for tacos, burritos, enchiladas etc.
Notes
For more spice add an extra jalapeño.
White wine is not necessary if you do not have it on hand. Water or chicken broth can be substituted.
