This fresh Cranberry Salsa is sweet, tangy, and just the right amount of spicy. Made with cranberries, jalapeños, onion, lime, and cilantro—serve with chips or over cream cheese for the perfect holiday appetizer.
Combine the first 7 ingredients, set aside. (Instead of chopping I use a food processor so it all comes out evenly chopped) You can serve it as a salsa just like this or make into a dippable appetizer by combining the sour cream and cream cheese. Spread on a platter and spread the salsa on top. Serve with Tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
Using a food processor makes this so much faster than chopping by hand. And you can control the consistencyThe Nutrition calculation is for the salsa only. If adding sour cream and cream cheese this will add more calories and fat to your dip.
