These oven roasted potatoes are a simple and delicious side dish made with diced or chopped potatoes, lightly seasoned, and roasted until perfectly golden and crisp. Great for dinner and even better the next morning in breakfast burritos!

peeled and diced into bite size chunks

Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Use ¼ teaspoon if this is to strong

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425℉
Put all ingredients in 9x13 dish and stir until potatoes are well coated.
Cook 30-35 min stirring occasionally. Be sure to scrape bottom of pan when stirring while cooking.
