This easy cinnamon bread recipe is made in the bread machine for a hands-off, homemade loaf that’s soft, sweet, and full of warm cinnamon flavor. Perfect on its own or served with cinnamon honey butter!
2teaspoonsregular active dry yeast or 1 ¾ teaspoons bread machine yeast or quick-acting active dry yeast
Cinnamon Honey Butter
½cupsalted buttersoftened
¼cuppowdered sugar
1 ½tablespoonhoney
¼teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1 ½teaspoonsground cinnamon
⅛teaspoonsea salt
Instructions
Bread: Assemble ingrédients according to your bread machine instructions for a LARGE loaf of WHITE bread.
Butter: Using a hand or stand mixer whip together all ingredients for 2-3 minutes. Store in fridge for up to a month. Great on pancakes, cornbread, croissants, rolls etc!
