Bread Machine Lovers Unite! If you're anything like me, you've probably been drooling over all the beautiful sourdough recipes taking over your feed lately. While I love the idea of slow-fermented bread, I just can’t always find the time (or energy!) for all the steps. That’s why I dusted off my trusty bread machine and let it do the heavy lifting. Just a few button pushes and 2 hours and 45 minutes later... I was slicing into the most delicious, warm cinnamon bread—and yes, I topped it with my homemade cinnamon honey butter. Pure magic!

If you're a fan of easy bread machine recipes that still taste like you worked all day, you’re in the right place. Who else loves their bread maker? I’ve got more recipes coming and can’t wait to share them with my fellow bread machine fans!

I love fresh warm bread...it is seriously a problem! You must also try this Cinnamon Honey Butter - it is so good! Not only on bread but also waffles, pancakes, corn bread etc!

Instructions

Following the guidelines of YOUR bread machine add the ingredients in the order they suggest. Set to Large loaf of White bread. And let the machine do all the work!

Storage

I like to wrap any left overs securely in plastic wrap or in a baggie. It will keep fresh for 2-3 days. This recipe also freezes really well. Wrap tightly and then store in a freezer safe baggie and it will keep for a few months!

Equipment

Bread Machines are so so fun and can do so much! Rolls, pizza crust, pretzel dough, sweet and savory loaves etc! You definitely should put one on your wish list. I personally have had mine for 28 years now (as of 2025!). Here is one that is similar to mine with great reviews! And here is one that is a bit cheaper with great reviews!

Top Tip

Cool your bread on a baking rack so it cools on all sides and doesn't get soggy from the warmth.
