Favorite Steak Kabobs
These juicy steak kabobs are marinated in a simple, flavorful blend and grilled to perfection with colorful bell peppers and onions.

Ingredients

oil

cup
soy sauce

brown sugar
honey may be substituted

rice vinegar

ground ginger

teaspoon
garlic powder

pounds
beef top sirloin steak
cut into 1 ¼ chunks
1
medium onions
cut into wedges
1
medium sweet red bell pepper
cut into 1-inch chunks
1
medium green bell pepper
cut into 1-inch chunks
Instructions
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients; add the steak. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
Drain and discard marinade. On metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread onions, peppers and steak.
Preheat grill to 400.
Grill, covered about 2-4 minutes on each side - to your doneness.
