Who else loves steak kabobs? If you’re looking for a flavorful and easy grilling recipe, this one is a must-try—especially during grilling season. Living in Texas, I grill year-round, but even if it’s been a while since you’ve fired up the grill, warmer weather is on the way! After all these are our Favorite Steak Kabobs!
This recipe is a family favorite packed with bold, savory flavors, and the best part is how simple the steak marinade is to make. I usually mix it up in the morning so the meat can soak up all that flavor during the day—but overnight works great, too!
So next time you’re craving tender, juicy kabobs, look no further than our Favorite Steak Kabobs. Give it a try and let me know what you think!

These kabobs are so dang good we just call them our Favorite! Here are two more kabob recipes for you to try too! Sesame Steak Kabobs and Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

Instructions
This kabob recipe comes together very easily. I like to cube my steak and trim of any fat first. Then I place a gallon sized baggie into a jar and add the marinade ingredients. Shake this really well until combined. Add steak and massage all that yummy marinade into the steak. Lay flat on a baking sheet and place in the fridge for 6 + hours. I will randomly flip that baggie over through out the day ensuring every piece is soaking in the flavors. When you are ready to grill thread skewers alternating beef and veggies. Preheat the grill to 400 and grill for 2-4 minutes on each side until your desired doneness.
Substitutions
Add any veggies you LOVE! I find that onions and peppers hold up the best on the hot grill. However, using fresh corn on the cob cut into small rounds is also delicious!
Equipment
I LOVE to grill! I actually grill year round...but I live in Texas so there is that. Here is a link to a few of my favorite grilling supplies!
