If using fresh Veggies heat 2 Tb oil in large wok or skillet over high heat. Add veggies and stir fry for 3 minutes until crisp tender. Add drained noodles and sauce ingredients. Toss to coat evenly and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is sticky and thick.
Remove from heat, stir in 2 teaspoon sesame oil. Top with green onions and sesame seeds if using.
*if not using veggies just heat 1 Tablespoon oil before adding noodles.
Notes
If adding protein, I like to slice some chicken breasts and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir fry in an olive oil and a splash of soy sauce. Once cooked through set aside and proceed with recipe adding the chicken back in when adding the sauce and noodles to veggies.
