Ingredients
- olive oil
- soy sauce
- honey
- ginger
- garlic
- chili paste
- red pepper flakes
- linguini noodles
- sesame oil
- veggies of any kind if desired

Instructions
If you’re using fresh vegetables, start by heating 2 tablespoons of oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the veggies and stir-fry them for about 3 minutes, just until they become crisp-tender. Next, add the drained noodles along with the sauce ingredients, tossing everything together until the noodles are evenly coated. Continue stir-frying for another 2–3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and becomes slightly sticky. Then, remove the pan from the heat and stir in 2 teaspoons of sesame oil for a rich, nutty finish. Finally, garnish with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds, if desired, for the perfect touch of freshness and crunch. Watch the video below to see this recipe in action!

Ginger Garlic Noodles
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive or avocado oil
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ginger minced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
- pinch red pepper flakes
- 4 servings cooked linguini noodles drained
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
optional
- fresh veggies- onion, peppers, sesame seeds etc
Instructions
- If using fresh Veggies heat 2 Tb oil in large wok or skillet over high heat. Add veggies and stir fry for 3 minutes until crisp tender. Add drained noodles and sauce ingredients. Toss to coat evenly and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is sticky and thick.
- Remove from heat, stir in 2 teaspoon sesame oil. Top with green onions and sesame seeds if using.
- *if not using veggies just heat 1 Tablespoon oil before adding noodles.
