If you’re looking for a simple yet flavorful recipe, these Ginger Garlic Noodles are a must-try! I love how versatile they are—you can enjoy them on their own, toss in your favorite protein, or serve them alongside your main dish. You can also load them up with fresh veggies for extra color and crunch, or keep things simple and skip them altogether. Either way, this noodle dish comes together quickly and easily, making it perfect for busy weeknights. The combination of fresh ginger and garlic gives the noodles so much flavor, and I always make sure to keep both on hand in my kitchen. Add them to your next grocery list, because once you try these noodles, you’ll definitely want to make them again and again!

Instructions

If you’re using fresh vegetables, start by heating 2 tablespoons of oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the veggies and stir-fry them for about 3 minutes, just until they become crisp-tender. Next, add the drained noodles along with the sauce ingredients, tossing everything together until the noodles are evenly coated. Continue stir-frying for another 2–3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and becomes slightly sticky. Then, remove the pan from the heat and stir in 2 teaspoons of sesame oil for a rich, nutty finish. Finally, garnish with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds, if desired, for the perfect touch of freshness and crunch. Watch the video below to see this recipe in action!

Notes

If adding protein, I like to slice some chicken breasts and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir fry in an olive oil and a splash of soy sauce. Once cooked through set aside and proceed with recipe adding the chicken back in when adding the sauce and noodles to veggies.
