Instructions
Grilled Chicken:
Mix all ingredients except chicken in a jar fitted with a tight lid and shake vigorously. Trim chicken and flatten just a bit until same width. Grab a fork and poke holes all over breasts. Place in a baggie or shallow glass dish and pour marinade over and toss until coated. Store in fridge at-least 20 minutes, but hours is best! Grill at 400 degrees until 165 internal temperature.
Dressing:
Put ingredients into jar and shake vigorously. Pour over salad.
Salad:
Toss together mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers. Optional: feta cheese, Kalamata olives, peperoncini peppers
