Ingredients
Salad

head red leaf lettuce

bunch red seedless grapes
halved

small can mandarin oranges
drained
Thinly sliced red onions to taste

slivered almonds
toasted
Orange Juice Vinaigrette
⅓
cup
fresh orange juice

cup
olive oil

Tablespoon
dry Italian dressing mix

red wine vinegar

sugar

zested/grated orange peel
Instructions
Mix all dressing ingredients together until well combined. Cut lettuce to bite size pieces. Toss all other salad ingredients. Serve dressing on side or toss all together just before serving.
