14.5ozcan stewed tomatoesundrained
1teaspoongranulated garlicdivided

Instructions
(Cook linguini noodles while starting to prep the meal)In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook vegetables in oil about 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Until crisp tender and remove from pan. Sprinkle beef with pepper, ½ teaspoon of granulated garlic and ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning blend. Add a little more oil to pan and add garlic. Cook just until fragrant. Stir in beef. Leave undisturbed in single layer for about 45 seconds. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until no longer pink.
Stir in tomatoes and rest of seasonings. Add butter. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently and breaking up tomatoes slightly with spoon, until mixture is hot. Stir in pasta. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until pasta is well coated and hot. Stir in veggies and serve. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese if desired.
