Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, 1 Tablespoon cornstarch, garlic, sherry, honey, ginger, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, Sriracha sauce. Set aside until ready to use.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Combine 1 Tablespoon corn starch with sliced beef in a bowl. Add the beef to the hot skillet a ⅓ at a time, In a thin layer and cook undisturbed for about 30 seconds then flip over and cook another minute until done. Continue until all meat is cooked and removed to a plate. Add about a teaspoon of sesame oil and add broccoli and cook until crisp tender - quickly add beef back in and then combine with sauce. Let sauce thicken and serve immediately over rice.
