Instructions
Shake together first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; add chicken. Seal and chill at least 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Thread chicken onto skewers, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Grill at 400° for 10-12 minutes until chicken reaches 160°.
Alternatively you can broil: Arrange skewers on a lightly greased 15- x 10-inch jellyroll pan. Broil 3 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially open) 5 minutes on each side or until done. Serve immediately.
Serving Option
Mix marinade ingredients in a small saucepan with 1 Tablespoon brown sugar and stir on low until slightly thickened. About 5 minutes. Baste chicken at end or serve as a dipping sauce.
