Optional-¼-½ teaspoon spicesiracha, tiger sauce, red pepper flakes
Instructions
Add all ingredients except chicken to a gallon size zip top baggie. Trim chicken and gently pound until they are uniform in width. Using a fork poke holes all over the breasts. Add chicken to the marinade and massage until well coated. Place in fridge turning occasionally. Marinate atleast 30 minutes up to 24 hours. (I love to make mine in the morning or early afternoon of grilling.) If using a gas grill heat to 400℉. Grill over low for 6-7 minutes per side until 160 internal temp. Just before finished add about 1 teaspoon butter to each breast. Remove to foil and cover loosely, letting rest for about 5 minutes then serve!
