Equipment

If you have read my other many many recipes you already know how I feel about good quality kitchen tools! They make life so much better in the kitchen! Here is a LINK to my favorite grilling supplies!

Storage

Grilled chicken is so convenient to keep in the refrigerator. Whether you are meal prepping or just want easy left overs. I like to dice left overs and add to quesadillas and nachos! Cooked chicken lasts in the refrigerator for 3-4 days in an airtight container.

TIP

  • Preheat your grill to 400 degrees over Medium High heat. Add your chicken for a quick sear then lower that temp to Medium Low to maintain 400 degrees. Cook each side for 7 minutes, unless they breasts are thinner then 5-6 minutes will work. Once it reaches 165 pull them off and cover loosely. Let them rest for about 5 minutes so that flavor is evenly distributed.

Life is too short for dry and boring chicken! That is for sure! Glad you like it!
