This warm bean burrito dip is made with creamy refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, and melted cheddar, then topped with classic burrito toppings. An easy, crowd-pleasing appetizer served hot with tortilla chips.
In a bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning and garlic until well blended.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over beans. Sprinkle grated cheese over top.
Bake 15-18 minutes, until hot through out.
Sprinkle olives, tomato, onions and cilantro over dip. Garnish with additional sour cream, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
*Instead of cheddar and a blend of cheddar and Monterey Jack is a great option!This dip should stay warm while serving for best flavor. I like to set mine on a warming mat.
