Ingredients
- flour tortillas
- sugar
- cinnamon
- cooking spray

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lay out the tortillas and spray with cooking spray on both sides. I like to use an olive oil or avocado oil spray. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture all over both sides. Then cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Bake - making sure to flip half way through.
Variations
For a different texture, frying the tortillas in oil is always an option. It just adds more calories 🙂 Here is a YouTube link to that recipe!
Tips
- Use a Pizza Cutter to cut the wedges! It goes so much smoother this way!

Ingredients
- 4 flour tortillas 7 inch
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- cooking spray of choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.Lay out tortillas on cutting board and spray both sides with the cooking spray. Mix together the cinnamon and sugar.Sprinkle all over both sides of the tortillas. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Place the wedges in a single layer onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping half way through, until lightly browned.
