Ingredients

  • flour tortillas
  • sugar
  • cinnamon
  • cooking spray

See exact quantities in recipe below!

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lay out the tortillas and spray with cooking spray on both sides. I like to use an olive oil or avocado oil spray. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture all over both sides. Then cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Bake - making sure to flip half way through.

Variations

For a different texture, frying the tortillas in oil is always an option. It just adds more calories 🙂 Here is a YouTube link to that recipe!

Tips

  • Use a Pizza Cutter to cut the wedges! It goes so much smoother this way!
  • Use a shaker to sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar. Get it HERE! I promise you will use it all the time! Cinnamon Toast, French Toast, Cereal, Oatmeal......
