This Apple Berry Salsa is one of those timeless recipes I keep coming back to year after year. Originally a Pampered Chef classic, itโ€™s a dish Iโ€™ve been making foreverโ€”and for good reason! It's loaded with strawberries, apples, and kiwi, then topped with a bright and zesty orange juice sauce that ties all the flavors together beautifully.

Served with crispy cinnamon chips, this easy fruit dip is perfect for summer parties, BBQs, potlucks, or even just to keep in the fridge for a refreshing snack. Whether you're looking for a fun appetizer or a light, sweet treat, this fruit salsa with cinnamon chips is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Instructions

This recipe can not be simpler! And will not heat up your kitchen in those warm months! Just chops apples, strawberries and kiwi. Add them all to a large bowl. Juice and zest an orange...that fresh orange juice is perfect for this recipe! Combine the fruit with the juice, zest, sugar and jelly and gently toss. That Is It! See?? So Easy! Serve it up with my baked cinnamon chips or fry them up if you like!

Substitutions

Honestly, change up the fruit for your likes! I have cut down the kiwi and added mango and it is delicious too!

Equipment

Do you have an Apple Peeler, Corer Slicer?? If not, you need to get one. You will not use it everyday....but when you need it you will be so glad you have it! I use mine for all my apple desserts so that the apples are thin and uniform. I also use it for potatoes!

Storage

I like to make this the same day I am serving. Just because strawberries tend to not look as great the next day. So I make it an hour or so before and set it in the fridge to let all those flavors hang out together.
