Have you ever bitten into a brownie so rich, fudgy, and irresistible that you couldn’t stop dreaming about it? That’s exactly what you get with these Killer Symphony Brownies! These decadent brownies are made with Hershey’s Symphony candy bars, which melt right into the batter to create layers of creamy chocolate goodness. I first discovered this recipe back in 2007, and from that moment on, it became one of my all-time favorite chocolate dessert recipes. I don’t bake them often—but when I do, it’s only because I can’t get them out of my mind. Once you try them, you’ll understand why they’re completely unforgettable!

Ingredients

- 2 boxes fudge brownie box mixes
- ingredients for boxed brownies
- chocolate chips
- XL Symphony Bars with almonds and toffee
See recipe card for quantities.
Instructions
This recipe could not be simpler! Mix up your brownie mixes adding in the chocolate chips. In a greased 9x13 add half of the brownie batter. Add a layer of the all 3 Symphony bars. I personally like to break mine into large pieces and lay it out like a mosaic. Some like to lay the entire bar down. I just find the candy bars are more evenly distributed when broken. Then add the rest of the batter. BAKE! See?! Could not be easier!
Storage
These store for 3-4 days in an airtight container. If they last that long! If you don't have a 9x13 with a lid...it's a must in my kitchen! Try this one.
Tips
Cutting your brownies with a plastic knife actually helps them cut more uniformly. Give it a try!
I also like to cut smaller squares as these are rich. So they feed a crowd.
