Ingredients

  • Canned crescent rolls
  • fav sausage links (my family likes the Ekrich Beef smoky links)
  • syrup for dipping

Instructions

These come together so quickly, making them perfect for busy mornings! I like to start by opening the sausage links and patting them dry with a paper towel. Then, unroll the can of crescent rolls and separate them into individual triangles.

Place a sausage at the widest end of each triangle, then roll it up tightly toward the pointed end. Lay each one seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. For best results, gently tuck the tip of the dough underneath to prevent over-browning.

Bake until the crescent rolls are puffed and a deep golden brown. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauceโ€”syrup is our go-to! See the video below for additional details.

Variations

  • Cheddar - some people like a strip of cheddar cheese on top of the sausage before baking.
  • Cajun - Either buy cajun spiced sausage or give your sausage a generous shake of your fav cajun spice before rolling up.

Serving

These are extra delicious served with a small bowl of syrup for dipping! Pair them with scrambled eggs for a more complete breakfast, or add them to a brunch spread alongside other favorites. However you serve them, theyโ€™re always a hit!
