Instructions
To begin, preheat your oven and gather all your ingredients so everything is ready to go. Next, in a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until the mixture is light and fluffy. Then, beat in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt and corn starch, and gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. After that, fold in the colorful M&Ms, white chocolate chunks, toffee bits and mini chocolate chips for that festive holiday flavor. Once the dough is ready, scoop into 2 inch balls and place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes, just until the edges are done. Finally, allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, enjoy these soft, chewy, chocolate-filled cookies with a glass of milk — and don’t forget to save a few for Santa!

Equipment
I personally like to use a stand mixer for this recipe and a good cookie scoop is a must. Another important kitchen tool is a quality baking sheet. If you need anything else be sure and check out my affiliate store front. You may find some things you need!

They sound great, but how long do I bake them?
Misty Tannery says
Oh my goodness. I am not sure what happened to that recipe card. I am sorry. Bake 10-12 minutes. Just until the edges are done.
Eva says
Wow, these are awesome. I wasn’t paying attention that they made 40 cookies, so I baked half and frozen dough balls with the other half for closer to Christmas. I don’t know if they will make it, we might have to whip up another batch! That toffee addition was so good. Thank you.
Misty Tannery says
So glad you are a fellow fan! I love the toffee addition as well!
Leanne says
I can see why they are Santa's favorite! Now they are my favorite too. I've never added toffee bits to cookies before, but what have I been waiting for? Thanks.
Misty Tannery says
Toffee bits are a total game changer! So good!
Karen says
Can these cookies be made ahead and frozen?
Misty Tannery says
Yes, absolutely. You can do it two ways. Make the dough, shape into balls and freeze on a baking sheet. Once frozen place them all into a freezer bag until ready to bake. Add one to two minutes to bake time if baking from frozen. Or bake the cookies then place into freezer bag once completely cooled and set ar room temperature for a few hours before ready to serve.
