Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar good quality
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 garlic clove grated
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil good quality
Instructions
- Put into jar and shake well. You can also add all ingredients to a bowl and while whisking pour in oil.
