This is truly aย dump-and-go crockpot meal, making it incredibly easy and perfect for busy days. First, add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker and stir the chicken until itโs well coated. Then, cook on low for 6โ7 hours or on high for 3โ4 hours until the chicken is tender. Once done, simply shred the meat right in the crockpot, and finally serve it in tacos, rice bowls, or your favorite wraps for a quick and delicious meal everyone will love.

Top Tip
Using jalapeรฑo will control your spice level. if you like your meat spicier then add an extra jalapeรฑo.

- 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ยฝ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup Salsa Verde I use the roasted variety
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 jalapeรฑo sliced and seeded
- Splash white cooking wine water or broth can be substitutes
Instructions
- Mix well in crockpot and cook on low 6 ยฝ hours. When done shred in crockpot. Use for tacos, burritos, enchiladas etc.ย
