Ingredients

  • mini marshmallows
  • milk chocolate chips
  • butter
  • corn syrup
  • vanilla
  • Golden Graham cereal

See exact measurements in recipe card below.

Instructions

Grease a 9x13 pan and reserve 1 cup of the mini marshmallows. Everything gets combined in 1 large pot or dutch oven style pot. Which makes this dessert so easy! After the butter and chocolate and marshmallows are melted add the vanilla then stir in the cereal, add the reserved marshmallows. Then press into the prepared pan and you are done! Let it cool for about an hour. (Personally I love them warm and gooey and NEVER wait an entire hour!) Scroll down for the video demo!

Equipment

I have said it so many time! Good quality tools in the kitchen just make baking so much more FUN and easy! And who doesn't love FUN and easy! For this recipe you just need a few items. A heavy bottom pot, a good scraper and a 9x13 sized pan! Find all three at this LINK of some of my favorite tools!

Storage

These stay fresh for about 3 days in an airtight container. IF they even last that long, because let's be honest...they are addicting!
