If you are ever asked to bring the dessert to a function this is what you bring!  It’s so easy, but tastes like it is from scratch! I promise it will be the moistest bundt cake you have tried! It’s the right amount of sweetness and not to rich. It is delicious! You have to try it soon. 

Misty’s Chocolate Bundt Cake

Cake: 

  • 1 pkg, Devil’s Food Cake mix 
  • 1 pkg (small) instant chocolate pudding mix 1/2 cup oil 
  • 1 1/4 cup water 
  • 4 eggs

Glaze: 

  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa 
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted 
  • 1 cup powder sugar, sifted 
  • 3 Tbsp. milk 
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. 

Mix cake mix, pudding, oil, water, and eggs in a mixer for 2 minutes at medium speed.  Pour into greased bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes.  Remove to wire rack and cool 20 minutes, then invert onto cake plate.   While cooling, mix glaze ingredients together in a bowl with a whisk and pour over cake. *if glaze seems too thick microwave for 5-10 seconds to thin and then pour on cake.
