  • lime

Instructions

I can't believe I am even taking up space to write this because it is so easy! Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until you reach the consistency YOU like! That is it! There is a video below if you would like to watch!

Storage

This salsa stays fresh in the fridge for about five days. I like to store mine in a glass mason jar. Just make sure your container is airtight.

Equipment

Do you have a food processor?? I was married about 13 years before I got my first. And let me tell you it is a game changer and worth every penny! Here is a LINK to my favorite one that does everything for me!

Tips

  • Go ahead and give your onions and jalapeño a rough chop so they are a bit smaller. Unless you like big chunks in your salsa.
  • Pulse slowly and several times keeping an eye on that consistency.
  • You can use a blender if you do not have a food processor. Just be careful not to blend too quickly or fast. You will end up with foamy salsa.
