Ginger Soy Noodles are so versatile. I just love them. You can add a protein to the actual noodle dish or serve along side your main dish. You can add veggies or completely omit them. Honestly, it’s the easiest recipe! I love fresh ginger and garlic and always keep it on hand. Add it to your next shopping trip. You won’t regret it!
Ginger Soy Noodles
Asian Inspired noodles with a ginger soy sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon neutral oil
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ginger minced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
- pinch red pepper flakes
- 2-4 servings cooked linguini noodles
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
optional
- fresh veggies- onion, peppers, sesame seeds etc
Instructions
- If using fresh Veggies heat 2 Tb oil in large wok or skillet over high heat. Add veggies and stir fry for 3 minutes until crisp tender. Add drained noodles and sauce ingredients. Toss to coat evenly and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is sticky and thick.
- *if not using just heat 1 Tablespoon oil before adding noodles.
- Remove from heat, stir in 2 teaspoon sesame oil. Top with green onions and sesame seeds if using.
