Caramel for Caramel Apple Board

- 10-13 oz bag wrapped caramels
- 5-6 oz room temperature cream cheese
- ?Instructions
- Unwrap caramels and microwave about 40 seconds just to start to soften. Add room temperature cream cheese. Microwave in 30 second increments until caramel is creamy, smooth and pourable. It may appear a little grainy. But this goes away as it sits in a warming crockpot.
- For the Board: think mini. Mini m&ms, mini chocolate chips, heath bits, crushed Oreos, mini marshmallows
