Instructions

Marinating the chicken for 15-30 minutes is so important. And even more important is flattening the chicken slightly until they are about the same thickness and poke holes all over with a fork first! Preheat the grill to 400 degrees then grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches 165 degrees. Just before removing baste a light layer of buffalo sauce on both sides of the chicken. Pull it off and while it's resting for a few minutes top with a slice of cheese. Allow everyone to drizzle more wing sauce, ranch dressing and dress their sandwiches as they like! It will be a hit!

Storage

I store any extra breasts separately in an airtight container for 3-4 days. These make amazing left overs!

Alternatives

I also LOVE to use this chicken recipe as a buffalo chicken wrap! All the same ingredients just add to a flour or spinach tortilla! DELISH switch up!

Equipment

Grilling is such a great way to keep the heat, smoke and smells outdoors! Make sure you have all the right tools to make your experience the best it can be! Here is a LINK to some of my fav supplies!
